Introduction

Hello! My name is Colby and I am enrolled in this course because I want to learn how to think creatively and make games!Im a creative person and i love to create, but for me ive never known really how to create in a smart way. Id like for this course to not only teach me skills useful for game design but all other sorts of designs aswell. I want to know how to approach big questions and think in ontersting and fun ways and id also like to be able to see the gears turning on some of my own favorite games b using the applied reasoning from this course. 

 As for myself in relation to this course, My hope is to get into digital game creation and my first steps are here. Im a musician and my dream would be to be able to compose music for games but I love doing any sort of audio work aswell. Recently I have been playing a lot of Destiny 2 and im working my way through some old classics on my Ps2 aswell. Currently im playing though an oldie called Drakengard, its not fun at all to be honest with you but the story is good so Im in it for the long run. 

This year at tech id really like to get involved with the creative minds that are creating media at our college and see if maybe I can join in and help out, build my skills as a collaborator and maybe learn some music and audio techniques along the way. Really this year my goal is to be creative and by the end of it hopefully have some to cool stuff to share with the world! Thanks for having me and I hope were off to a great school year!
